If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

B. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at Service@namomy.com. If your return request is acceptable and authorized, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To return your product, you should contact us firstly.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

D. EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at Service@namomy.com.

E. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

F. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will refund to you immediately after you confirmed, but when you receive the money depend on your payment.

Refund (if appliable)

a)Refund time: if you used PayPal payment when you order product, the money will refund to your original payment PayPal, and you will receive the refund immediately. If you used credit card to pay, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within some days (the time subject to the credit card company or bank). For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 2-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.Generally, the refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal Account Refunds: Up to 48 hours
Credit Card Refunds: Between 7-14 business days

b)Refund fee: No refund fee

Late or Missing Refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, firstly check your bank account again. 
Then contact PayPal or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking is to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Note:Regarding the shipping fee, we pay due to issues caused by us. For the issue caused by customers, the shipping fee should be undertaken by customers.
